A planner that is thoroughly focused on both content and usability, upgraded every year! Here are some examples of our planner's adoption.
We would like to introduce the NOLTY implementation case of Komeya Co., Ltd., a Japanese confectionery store with over 100 years of history, centered in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture.
In 2020, the company established a new management planning department to strengthen the promotion of management policies and began efforts to communicate management-related information to employees. However, they were struggling to ensure that employees correctly understood the intentions of management.
To address this, they selected a planner as a communication tool to thoroughly inform and share the corporate philosophy and expectations for employees, including part-time workers. Since 2021, they have been distributing original planners to all employees, including part-timers, to deepen the understanding of the management philosophy and initiatives related to the SDGs.
[Case Overview]
■ Challenges
- Ensuring that employees correctly understand the intentions of management
■ Results
- While some employees initially questioned, "A planner now?", after distributing the planners, the understanding spread smoothly.
